Data Operations Tech / Jr Supervisor - Data Network Technician with junior supervisory skills. - Three years of experience, preferably in large financial establishment or equivalent. - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical or scientific field preferred. - Proficient in configuration and installation in network infrastructure for Banking Firm. - Proficient at system level troubleshooting. - Knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, RIP - Proficient in WAN connectivity: T1, DS3, OCx, Frame Relay, STP, VTP, Port Chanels, HSRP, GLBP, Multicast, DLSW, NAT, QoS, VPNs, MPLS. - Proficient in Unix and Linux. - ITIL Foundation Qualification - Fluent in English - Ability to work in team environment. - High level of initiative
