| Recruitment Consultant indigo is a leading bespoke ICT recruitment consultancy, specializing in all forms of IT and Telecommunications project and operations recruitment assignments with a focus on mid to senior management profiles. Currently based in Dubai, with offices opening shortly in Asia, we provide tailored, quality oriented recruitment services to clients and candidates throughout the MENA and Asia Pac region. As a result of the continued growth of our business and exciting expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a number of additional Consultants/Senior Consultants to join both our established and growing team in Dubai as well as our start up operations in Asia. With significant projected growth over the next few years we are looking for established recruiters, or people with a background in technology sales to help us build on our significant success in the Middle East region and drive our business forward in Asia. Success in the role will involve application of a diverse range of skills; you will be required to apply our unique process to facilitate the completion of assignments as well as achieve demonstrable success in business development and proactively build strong relationships with clients based on excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic with a strong background in consultancy or sales, preferably in recruitment or technology. Degree educated you will relish the challenge, buzz and pressure of a target driven, sales environment and in turn be driven to apply your skill sets to facilitate both your own professional as well as organizational growth. The ability to create and manage a solid network of contacts is essential, as is fluent written and oral English. In return the right individual will be rewarded with an excellent compensation package and significant OTE. We are currently seeking applicants willing to work in Dubai, Hong Kong or Singapore. | |
