| Office Manager Are you interested in becoming more involved in the Australian Association? Do you enjoy arranging fun activities and events? Are you well organized … well keep reading. We are looking for a full time person who has a passion for all things Australian and is looking for an opportunity to share this passion, working with the General Committee to ensure we are meeting the needs of our members through well organized fun and play. The requirements of the role are as follows: Office Manager duties – to: manage the office on a daily basis attend to Company Registries requirements as needed event management from inception (perhaps with the help of others) through to execution, including preparing budgets and monitoring this manage signature events, often with the help of sub committees using MYOB to keep accounts preparing reports for the main committee on a monthly basis provide administrative support to the Netball group as required attending designated social events organised throughout the year other duties as agreed The successful applicant will: be a self starter and able to work with very little supervision, but with lots of input from lots of people be well organized be flexible enjoy working in teams or on your own be well versed on all office programs MYOB is a benefit relish the challenge of multi-tasking passionate about everything Australian self-motivated and able to work independently have excellent communication skills and representational skills be fluent in both spoken and written English spoken Cantonese a benefit have high level of organisational and time management skills must have a valid work visa, or Permanent Hong Kong Identity Card The successful applicant is also expected to attend the General Committee meetings once a month, and provide backup when the Membership Coordinator is unavailable / on leave.
