Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales
Answer telephone inquiries and emails, responding where applicable
Screening telephone calls, filing, faxing, word processing
Coordinating meeting/travel arrangements
Assisting with trade show and event planning
Creating and updating presentation software files
Preparing expense reports and financial data
Liaison with customers/dealers and head office
Prepare logistic documents and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in related field (Business or Administration)
One year of office administrative experience is an asset
Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese
Ability to work independently, exercising strong time management and interpersonal skills
Strong initiative to learn and willingness to take on more responsibilities
Familiar with computers demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
