Be responsible for day to day operating activities, P&L, lead the overall sales, marketing, merchandising and supply chain operations. Collaborate closely with other management team members to paint vision and winning strategies. Ensure the sales and development plan of the labels are designed, deployed and executed with excellence. Boost up the existing franchised brand business to next level in the current competitive market.
