Head of Algorithmic Execution The Client Our Client is a MNC and one of the Largest trading advisor in US The Job The Incumbent will responsible for the development, testing, tuning and monitoring of execution strategies. Seeks out industry trends and applies extensive capital markets knowledge to ensure best of class solutions. Identifies plans and negotiates for suitable resource levels to meet business and budget objectives, managing conflicts and deadlines. Selects and builds high performing teams, leveraging individual capabilities and strengths. Establishes vision and goals within the IT program, driving high performance management, supporting career development and rewarding strong performance. The Candidate The Successful Candidate must be a bachelor's degree, 5 years hands on technical experience in algorithmic execution in futures and FX. Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills, expertise in statistical analysis, methodologies and in high frequency trading. Good database skills and Ability to manage others. Proven track record of reducing transaction costs on large, high urgency orders in futures and FX. Good understanding and appreciation of overall knowledge of related Electronic Trading components including data dependencies (static, historical statistics), Booking, Reporting.
