Investor Relations / Sales Director (Beijing & Shanghai) The Client Our Client is one of the largest Investment companies in US The Job The Incumbent will be responsible to drive sales successes and execute strategic business plans to increase revenue, market share and customer satisfaction within the real estate area. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the key customers. Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities. Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth of the organization. The Candidate The successful Candidate must obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline, MBA is a plus. Education background in the US is essential. Minimum 10 years experience in property / real estate environment. Proven track record in large scale high-end property projects is desirable.
