Equity Trading System Developer The Client Our Client is one of the largest investment banking and financial services company. The Job The Incumbent will manage electronic links to security exchanges. Work as a front-end and/or back-end developer to deliver solutions for the Programs Sales and Trading business. Ability to work in a team environment. Object-oriented design and implementation. Participate in development of automated equity trading platform. The Candidate The Successful Candidate must be a Degree holder MS in CS, EE or equivalent (PhD preferred) and 2+ years experience in network related programming. Knowledge in C/C++ and Perl and Internet communication protocol: TCP/IP, UDP, and Multicasting. Previous experience of the Financial Services Industry & the equity markets would be highly desirable. Knowledge of FIX message formats & protocols would be a plus. Experience in stock exchange data feed handling, order/book and price/book management.
