Title: Client Service Manager

Primary Job Responsibility

You will be responsible for managing client relationships with certain of Nitron's financial services clients and managing the service delivery process. Responsibilities include:
•Develop and manage relationships with Nitron’s client base, primarily focusing on hedge funds, mutual funds, banks, venture capital firms, and private equity funds.
•Build a deep understanding of the client's underlying research interests and related market trends, in order to make best use of Nitron's research tools.
•Build a deep understanding of Nitron's full range of services, in order to identify cross-selling opportunities.
•Work with our dedicated research team to evaluate independent consultants to work with clients on an ad-hoc basis.
•Effectively market Nitron’s unique business model.
•Based in Hong Kong, with periodic travel elsewhere

Qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years post-college experience in investment banking, investment research, journalism, or strategy consulting, with insight into how institutional investors use data and make decisions.

Preferred qualities:
•Can function well in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
•Can quickly grasp new industries and new cultures.
•Excellent client-relationship skills.
•Strong interpersonal/networking communication skills.
•Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
•Western European language skills valued.
•Highly proficient on PC's including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.

Compensation

Competitive, depending on expérience, plus bonus, plus options.
