| Pastry Chef RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible to function as the Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products, making sure that they contribute to the overall success of outlets and banquets. * Perform administrative duties such as preparing budgets and ordering supplies for pastry making. * Decorating and plating various pastries and desserts. * Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and organized. REQUIREMENTS: * At least 1 year experience in restaurant field. * Able to work independently & perform in high volume operation. * Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with an international team of employees at all, levels. * Patient and willing to learn. * Well versed in English ingredient terms is a Must. | |
