| Supervisor RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with the supervision of the entire Food & Beverage operation. * Position will involve supervision, direction and training of staff in the restaurant, in the bar, and for banquets and special events, often in one or more of these departments at the same time. * Utilizing available resources to provide excellent guest satisfaction, meet and/or exceed productivity standards * Ability to calculate amounts and volumes in order to track inventory, controls and restaurant financial statements. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree or Diploma in the Hotel Field a plus. * Good communication skills in English & knowledge of Italian an advantage. * Must have previous food supervisory experience in a similar industry. * Food and wine knowledge a must. | |
