| General Office Manager - Part Time Maintain Office Services • Maintain office equipment such as operation of printer, scanner and fax machine, etc. • Ensure filing systems for clients contracts are maintained and up to date • Ensure the marketing material in the storeroom are maintained • Collect newspaper and mails from FT every morning • Make sure all the invoices are stamped and put in the corresponding tray for approval • Maintain the reception desk such as answer the doorbell for visitors • Check kitchen stuff to determine inventory levels in Dry Pantry • Make sure all the stuff in pantry are tidy and liaise with the cleaner • Ensure Salesforce for database are maintained and up to date • Deliver documents to other companies if necessary • Rooms booking for FTSE area • Liaise with Plant Supplier for any maintenance Maintain Staff Record • Prepare expenses and travel booking for staff • Perform other related duties as required Requirements: • Working hour: 9am - 1pm , Monday to Friday • F.5 or above • be honest and trustworthy • be respectful • Proficient in English and Cantonese | |
