General Manager (Based in Hong Kong) The Client Our Client is a Multinational Hi-Tech Company and is one of the largest online software solutions provider The Job The Incumbent will deliver financial targets for the regional business, including increasing revenue and profitability, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales. Provide leadership, motivation and direction to the regional team. Contribute development and management on a regional sales strategy. Ensure the effective implementation of the global customer service strategy, training requirements and procedures. Monitor management of project start-up phase, and an effective hand-over between sales and client operations. Work closely with the HR in driving the organizational growth within the region. Responsible for ensuring exceptional client service and providing leadership to the regional team. The Candidate The Successful Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in Business or related discipline. Background in sizeable hi-tech company is desirable. Proven sales management experience preferably in IT solutions or SaaS products. Possess strong leadership skills. Experience with working in well-established organizations seeking expansion, growth and profit enhancement. Background in various Asian markets is an advantage.
