Desktop Support Engineer Key Responsibilities: •MCP certified (MCSA/MCSE would be good). Windows desktop or server experience in Windows 2000/2003/2008. •Networking experience (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)and Cisco knowledge is highly preferred. •Blackberry support experience. •Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 knowledge. •Good comms in English.
