| (Senior) Business Consultant - Construction, Architecture & Design One of the world’s largest executive search organisations, MRINetowork, offers an incredibly exciting opportunity for a talented individual to spearhead the Construction, Architecture & Design recruitment desk. Based in Hong Kong, you will be developing business proactively whilst managing repeat business by understanding clients’ critical hiring needs and providing them with timely recruitment solutions. Over time, the consultant should establish an impressive reputation as a recruitment expert in this particular vertical. Besides business development, the incumbent will network and research extensively within the specialised market to identify key talents and help them enhance their careers by introducing them to excellent opportunities from your clients. The ideal candidate should be an experienced recruiter with proven track record of success and have at least 2 years of recruitment experience. We would also consider commercially astute and accomplished sales professionals from the Construction, Architecture & Design or related sector, who are motivated to pursue an alternate career. Applicants should demonstrate high energy level and a strong desire to succeed, in addition to exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in particular confidence in developing relationships over the phone and capability in developing business at senior level. Fluency in English language skills is essential whilst Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills would be an advantage though not necessary.
