Sox Specialist Client Description: Top 100, US Listed, a leading global advertising firm SOX Specialist (for client, station in Beijing) Job Description Assisting in the company's compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and the Audit Standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Work with headquarters and the operating unit's personnel to understand the business processes and related internal controls in place. Compile information to support that the key internal controls and procedures are in place and operational. Prepare flowcharts, narrative and other walk-through/ process flow documents to reflect that the methods used to achieve proper internal controls are in place. Analyze and suggest improvement to processes to increase compliance and the efficiency of operations. Prepare Issues Memorandum and work with senior financial management to ensure. Facilitate Fortune Brands' Internal and External audits. The Successful Applicant University Degree, major in accounting or finance. At least 3 years SOX experience with MNCs. Good at written & oral English.
