Architect /Project Manager Architect /Project Manager -Chinese [Permanent] Job title and city: Project Manager – Hong Kong Body text: My client is offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive Architect with exceptional project management and design sensibility to join their team based in Asia. Candidates must have the following skills and experience: • Minimum 3 years of China Project Management experience • Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognized university • Membership of a professional association • Solid project management experience, including experience with contracts and project administration • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft letters, reports, presentations and proposals in clear articulate English and Chinese • Previous working experience in a large international practice is beneficial • Willingness to travel to China In return, the successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic studio environment which promotes creativity, teamwork and personal development.
