Global Assignment Consultant / Manager

You will be committed to providing first class service delivery and support within a client-focused environment. As an integral member of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for coordinating global relocations and managing client relationships with the opportunity to participate in global assignment projects.

1. Coordination of all assignments in accordance with client requirements, i.e. visa, travel, accommodation, removals, medicals, health insurance, taxation,etc.
2. Administration and costing of all client expenses
3. Ability to interpret client policy
4. Management of all client documentation
5. Manage work loads and practices that ensures clients’ matters are dealt with in a timely and cost-effective manner
6. Conduct ethical and professional behaviour in dealing with clients, assignees, third party suppliers, professional bodies, internal customers, etc.
7. Ability to communicate at all levels
8. Good written and verbal communication skills
9. Strong administration, organisation and project management skills
10. Energy and a commitment to customer service
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and includes competence in database usage and reporting.
12. Superior language skills
