| International Playgroup / Kindergarten Teacher Supervisor Your Employment by Baby Buddies Ltd. - Alison’s Letterland Child Care Centre Hong Kong We are an international playgroup / kindergarten providing kindergarten education to children and preparing them for receiving formal Kindergarten and primary school education in international and local settings. We have the pleasure to offer the terms of your employment with us as a Teacher / Supervisor for 2010. Requirements Native English speaker. Teaching qualifications (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA / QKT / CIE etc.) At least one year of teaching experience, preferably at a international kindergarten/primary school Duties Your duties for Teacher / Supervisor (3 month - 6 years old children) will include the following: teaching classes assigned in accordance with programs and teaching guide set by the Company; helping design teaching programs and modules; discharging duties to the best of your ability and with affection and care to the students; be responsive to the requirements of the Company and needs of the children studying at the school; Term Your employment shall run for a period of two years LL March 2010 / BBSW June 2010 / BBTH August 2010 ("the Date of Commencement"). The contract is open for renewal after the anniversary of the two year period. Salary From the Date of Commencement, your salary will be HK$ 20,000 per month payable in arrears on the last day of each month and on a 12 months basis. Subject to the Company being satisfied with your performance, your salary may be increased after 6 months from the Date of Commencement to HK$ 23,000 after 12 m. HK$ 25,000 Working Visa will be sponsered by the Company Return Flight from your Home Country will be paid by the company Housing Loan can be provided MPF is paid from the company (Government retirement scheme) Work Days and Hours Your working days are from Monday to Friday 8.30 A.M to 5.30 P.M Saturday 8.30 A.M to 4.30 P.M Your Day Off will be … (Day will be confirmed) Your preparation afternoon / day will be ... (Day will be confirmed) Due to the nature of the Company’s business, it may be necessary for you to continue and complete urgent and pressing matters after business hours at the close of each day. Holidays You shall (in addition to Hong Kong public holidays) be entitled to 1 weeks holiday October half term, 2 weeks holidays for Christmas, 1 week holiday Chinese New Year 2 weeks holiday Easter. 2 weeks holidays of your own choice in the summer school period from July to August to be taken at such time or times as the Company may approve. | |
