| Sales Account Manager Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the sale of I.R.I.S. Professional Products /Solutions. • Identifying and contacting prospective customers in order to develop his or her customer portfolio and to achieve the predefined margin. • Translating his or her sales objectives into a concrete Action Plan, implementing that plan and making weekly forecasts to the Sales Director in order to help the department to achieve its objectives. • Maintaining and developing the existing commercial contacts with his or her portfolio customers in order to achieve the predefined margin within the time limits. You will actively visit customers. • Formulating and drafting offers in order to offer prices and terms that are interesting for the customers and the organization alike. • Entering into contracts with customers, taking account of the proposed solutions and/or the existing product assortment, the budget or pricing, the indicated timing and/or the delivery times, and so on, in order to bring the various agreements between the customers and the organization into line with the identified needs. • Organizing training courses for partners in order to increase their knowledge of IRIS products/solutions. • Presenting the major functionalities of the IRIS products/solutions to customers or partners. • Participating to national and/or international events /trade shows. • Participating actively to the launch of marketing activities for his region in order to promote his or her short-, medium- and long-term sales. • Ensuring adequate reporting to the Sales Director: pipeline report, stock report, customer visit report, and Sell Out Report. | |
