| EXECUTIVE SEARCH Huxley Executive Search is looking to expand its Global Markets Headhunting practice Hong Kong Established Executive Search Firm, Huxley Associates Global Markets practice, focuses on high calibre individuals into the banking sector, has openings for Headhunters They focus on placing Sales, Trading and Structuring candidates who earn £500k up to £5M. They provide a full retained search service and the consultants focus on being experts in their vertical markets. The earning potential as a consultant headhunter in their first full year is £80-120k with exceptional people earning The Global Markets practice has multiple openings and generally looks for a couple of different types of people. Candidates who are currently working as either a researcher (and looking for a consultant opportunity) or Consultant in a search firm focused ideally on placing sales people, although trading will be considered. The Emerging Markets team focuses on Hong Kong and as such would be looking for candidates either graduates or experienced hires with the relevant language skills. The Search firm offers rapid career progression within a strong reward culture. The ideal candidate will be interested in taking responsibility for initially their vertical market and latterly other consultants within this market.
