We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant’s to join our Hong Kong Team. If you have previous sales experience we have the training, resources and market reputation to enable you to fully realise your potential. Every Trainee Recruitment Consultant that joins Huxley Associates receives comprehensive induction training and further training in the form of advanced courses throughout their career. The role: Your role will be extremely varied and will include: * Pro-actively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact and providing a high quality recruitment service * Identifying and developing new clients * Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients * Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job.
