Asia Marketing Manager Our Client is a US-Fortune 500 and is one of the leading in consumer personal care / cosmetics / beauty products. The Job Develop Asia marketing directions, plan based on Global Marketing Strategy. Develop Country Marketing Strategy with Distributor-partners. Track and measure program performance to optimize campaigns and marketing mix. Manage regional direct marketing programs and events. Demonstrate the principles of brand planning. Communicate marketing plans and activities to distributors. Consolidate marketing plans around Asia and carry out market research. Lead the innovation, product development and basic product training to partners. The Candidate The Successful Candidate must be a University Graduate, preferably in Marketing or related discipline. MBA is a plus, with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role. Experience in product development of beauty / personal care / cosmetic. Fluency in English, Mandarin and/or another Asian language. Possess excellent verbal & written, organizational and creative thinking skills. Demonstrated abilities of decision making, leadership, flexibility; multiple-tasking, initiative, teamwork, integrity and a strong work ethic. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Able to travel extensively across Asia is a requirement.
