| Mystery shoppers needed (looking for car drivers) Location: HK & Macau Availability: Immediate Duartion: Ongoing, part-time, freelance Our Mystery Shoppers act as anonymous customers, clients or guests and their task is to observe the operational standards of our clients. Once you have signed up with us, you, as a mystery shopper, will receive invitations for new assignments by email or phone. As soon as you are scheduled for an assignment you can view instructions, questionnaires and a pre-determined visit scenario through our online system. After carefully studying the training material, a telephone briefing and if required a training session you will be ready to visit our clients` outlets, looking for example into the service level, the presentation of products or cleanliness and the sales techniques of their employees. After completion of the shop, you will report your findings to AQ Services International by filling in our questionnaire in our online system.
