Finance Manager (Based in Hong Kong) The Client Our Client is a US Multinational with global distribution of well know brands The Job The incumbent will maintain financial responsibility for the Business Development organization and serve as a key finance resource. Act as the key finance lead to support the negotiation process and have an intimate knowledge of all current opportunities up for consideration. Complete all financial analysis that supports opportunities including but not limited to (P&L construction, NPV, ENPV, IRR). Participate and read all contacts and ensure financials align with current proposed contact language Post Deal Signing responsibilities includes perform and oversee final deal financial analysis once contact is signed. Performs Ad Hoc post deal analysis and offer critical insights as to possible financial issues including Liaisons with FRA Finance to maintain all contact and other deal documents including, amendments, MGT decks and actual invoices. Oversee and provide timely, accurate and well planned (ie: phased) financial forecasts that enable management to effectively track and understand the spend for both new and on-going deal opportunities. Ensure all financial information is accurately represented in mgt communications and systems. The Candidate The Successful Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting is required. CPA, MBA preferred with 3-5 years of related experience. Experience in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam is an advantage. Experience in licensing is prerequisite. Mature, well-organized and able to work independently. Possess solid supervisory experience and good communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office application. Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
