The Client

Our Client is a US-Fortune 500 with global distribution of consumer products and personal care products.


The Job

Lead a marketing team to formulate and execute marketing strategies and programs for skincare and beauty products. Plan monthly products and service promotion program to achieve sales objectives. Develop tactical marketing programs to acquire new customers and retain existing customer base. Recommend new products development based on customer study and defined target customer groups. Maintain and build up strong press relations to drive brand awareness and publicity. Manage visual merchandising for all outlets. Prepare press release, presentation materials and marketing correspondence. Monitor and review results of marketing programs for future improvements.


The Candidate

The Successful Candidate must hold a Degree in Marketing / Business or related discipline with minimum 8 years of marketing experience in skincare / beauty products. Strong public network and media relations. Resourceful with strong sense of commitment and responsibility. Excellent organizational, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong marketing sense with macro marketing view and vision of the industry. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
