We have just launched an office in Hong Kong and are currently looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team covering Asia. We are looking for ambitious and target-driven people who enjoy working in a sales-orientated position and want to have a successful career. The position You will become a specialist in the financial market, focusing on one sector to ensure you fully understand our client and candidate needs. As a trainee/ executive search consultant you will develop specialist skills in recruiting for one of the following sectors - Trading, Front Office Technology, Quantitative Analysis or Risk Management. Your brief will be to develop new client relationships and deliver to our ongoing search assignments, as well as developing your own candidate base. Your brief is to develop the Asian Market, working from Hong Kong. To help you advance in the role we offer extensive training and a fast track management scheme. All our directors achieved their status within six years of service. We have recently received a National Training Award for our 0-12 months training program.
