Human Resources Manager The Group is one of the leading wholesale and retailers of fashion products with global distribution channels. The Job The Incumbent will work closely with businesses to provide all-rounded HR service including recruitment strategy, staff cost budgeting and manpower planning. Provide advice and counseling to line managers on staff related issues. Manage salary review and promotion process, design and track the effectiveness of company's incentive and bonus schemes and recommend plans for improvement and supervise the payroll and benefits administration, handle human resources projects as and when required. The Candidate The successful Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years solid HR experience, preferably with retail operations background. Strong business sense and excellent skill in analyzing numbers, mature, proactive & confident personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to provide value-added recommendations to management. Strong knowledge of HK employment-related laws and regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
