Financial Controller (Based in Hong Kong) The Client Our Client is a diversified multinational enterprise and expanding in property investment & development, and fashion apparel retailing, locally listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with global operations & distribution channels. The Job Manage all aspects of the finance, accounting and treasury functions in existing and expanding business of the US Operations. Provide financial and decision making support. Identify profit and loss by business segment and internal cost centers. Analyse financial reports and make recommendations to senior management. Evaluate financial viability of individual projects. Lead the budgeting process and provide input and expertise to the management team in developing the annual budget. The Candidate Qualified CPA/ACCA/AICPA with minimum 7 years experience within a sizeable and dynamic corporation with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Prior experience with a property development/investment company. Working experience in USA & Canada and MNC is a prerequisite. Background in Big 4 or equivalent establishment. Pro-active, result oriented and problem solver. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
