The Client

Our client is one of the leading International Consultancy Firm with offices worldwide.

The Job

This position is responsible for managing the Company's office in Beijing, demonstrating a positive leadership behavior which includes directing office activities to meet goals for sales and service including retention, expansion and acquisition of customer relationships and service quality. Ensures branch activities reflect the sales strategies of the Company's role in the market. The key responsibility is to bring in sales individually and also to lead the sales team in achieving the sales targets.

This pose is responsible for staffing and scheduling to meet tax filing deadlines. Proposes goals and direction for china market; expands market share. Conducts and participates in weekly sales team and one-on-one meetings with branch staff. Involves Human Resources for operational and employee issues, as needed. Manage customer service, operations, administration and staff development. Fully supports senior management decisions and company initiatives.

Develop branch strategies for implementation of sales and growth programs to meet sales, service and profitability goals and oversee day-to-day operations of the branch. Ultimately responsible for managing all clients of the china office and ensure the retrieval at client's premises is done properly to maximize clients' service. Provides sales support, training, coaching, mentoring and subordinate development to all branch staff and ensures that core competency and development plan documentation for all staff is completed. Responsible for the planning, implementation, and control of the branch's organizational and/or financial objectives.

Responsible for directing immediate and long-range planning based on constant evaluation of results and changes required by senior management. Establishes and maintains relations with other companies, businesses, community associations and governmental agencies to promote company services.

The Applicant

The successful candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years working experience and excellent sales track record. Should be sales oriented with good industry contacts, preferably have worked in MNC or have experience dealing with large companies and/or government board. Intelligent and fast learner, diligent and meticulous, with high energy and proactive, coupled with drive and assertiveness. Possess above average computer skills and proficient in MS Office. Have a strong spoken and written communication skill in both English & Chinese languages. Has the ability to develop rapport with people at all levels are vital. Willing to travel and possess own car.
