Sales & Marketing Director - Greater China Position in the Organization • Report directly to General Manager – Greater China • Dotted Line report to Marketing Director • Direct supervise the Marketing and Sales Team in Greater China • Work location - Hong Kong, frequent travel to China and Taiwan Major Responsibilities • Deliver the Greater China financial goals • Oversea the marketing and sales function in Greater China • Develop and execute brand growth strategies for Greater China • Develop and execute distribution strategies for Greater China • Built marketing and sales capabilities in Greater China Experience Require • At least 10+ years experience in Marketing and/or Sales in FMCG MNC, of which at least 5 years in China • Sound track records of brand and new product development • Sound track records of account development • Sound track records of people development Other Requirements • Language, fluent in English and Chinese probably both Mandarin and Cantonese in terms of proof read and speak • Demonstrate five leadership styles of integrity, optimism, courtesy, compassionate and humility • Team player
