| Office manager Wanted We are a Private Asset Management Company looking for an experienced Office Manager candidate to join our team. Working in a small team you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the business, as well as dealing with all matters of compliance, handling monthly PnL generation, preparing account opening documentation and maintaining client account files, prepare trading desk reports and sending out client valuations on a monthly basis and answering any inquiries from clients to maintain existing relationships to ensure a smooth process of the office in relation to administrative functions. To ensure that proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets. The candidate will deal with the implementation of various human resources & administrative policies, procedures and systems. Whilst the duties of an Office Manager are not exhaustive, there is a need for flexibility within this role from time to time. Ad hoc projects will be a part of the role as well. The successful candidate must be a certified Responsible Officer, RO and a compliance background will be a distinct advantage. The ability to work in a fast moving company and adopt a hands on approach, whilst being a good team player is vital to success within this role. Personality and attitude is highly regarded within this role and such an individual will need to possess the necessary skills to adapt and provide flexibility to the company. The successful candidate must be dynamic, hard working, initiative, well-organized and have a strong sense of responsibility. The candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills. English is essential. | |
