Recruitment Consultant - Commerce and Industry Our client is part of a multi-national recruitment group, with a particular strength across the Asia Pacific region. In addition to recruitment and executive search, it is actively involved in IT contracting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, and other areas of Human Capital Consulting. It has developed an enviable track record throughout it’s long history in the region, and is building on that success with the expansion of it’s Executive Search business in Hong Kong. The successful applicant should have 2 – 6 years experience in recruitment, with good candidate and client management skills, business development abilities and a strong local network. You should ideally have Hong Kong based experience in a Commerce and Industry related practice, such as: Manufacturing, Supply Chain / Logistics, Retail / Consumer, ICT or Industrial. The client will provide you with the support and infrastructure with which to develop your specialist area, and you will be given freedom across the region to do this. In return, you should demonstrate that you are a hard-working, disciplined, focused, persistent, competitive and goal-oriented individual, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Chinese language skills would be highly advantageous.
