These include the project management of large start-ups / relocations / close downs; company restructuring and Harmonious Rightsizing™; HR due diligence and post M&A integration; high level executive search.

The Opportunity
Due to the high degree of relevance of our products during this turbulent economic period, we are seeking a highly driven individual to identify, negotiate and secure sales assignments.

Conducting the full sales cycle including utilizing your existing networks and cold calling both current and prospective clients in order to achieve annualised sales targets, you will focus on selling mid to large scale (USD 250K+) HR consultancy projects to Fortune 500 clients across Asia Pacific. Liaising directly with our clients’ top tier management to fully understand their requirements, you will be expected to negotiate until a successful outcome is reached.

The Candidate will:
 Possess a minimum of 5 years experience selling consultancy services to blue chip clients throughout Asia Pacific
 Proven track record of selling USD 250K+ consultancy or other professional services and achieving / exceeding sales targets
 Possessing a high level of business and commercial acumen you will have the ability to intelligently communicate at CXO level and above
 Be a strong and polished negotiator with exceptional influencing and presentation skills
 Possess the ability to be responsible for the full sales cycle including cold calling / assignment origination, scoping the project and successfully closing the deal
 Be fluent in both spoken and written English and ideally a local language
