Licensed Representative Qualifications: • Forex industry experience • Ability to write and speak clearly, cogently and persuasively • Ability to solve problems and think creatively • Liaising with regulators • Verification of IB account opening documents • Verification of client account opening documents A qualified representative in Hong Kong, who would be able to act upon our interest in Hong Kong, should meet the following requirements: • Have a Series 3 license (forex) • Be a Certified Public Accountant • Be a responsible officer- a person who is a licensed representative and is approved by the Commission under s. 126(1) of the Ordinance to act as a responsible officer. • Should have experience in formation and registration of companies under Security and Futures Commission • Be able to maintain SFC license • Perform back office operations • Be fluent in Chinese and English • 3-5 years experience
