Logistics Administrator The position The Logistics Administrator will get training on the job in Hong Kong. Responsibilities: ▪ Recording, responding, processing and execution of incoming orders, requests, etc., within time-limit, using computer software. ▪ Completing and/or correcting incomplete or incorrect orders and requests (after consultation with customer). ▪ Forward the completed orders. ▪ Issue invoices, order confirmation and documents for shipping, customs, insurance and bank. According to regulations of governments and customs. ▪ Follow up and tracking of incoming orders. Inform customer about delays. Remind other persons in charge about deadlines. ▪ Instruct the bank with encashment. ▪ Keep good relations to field sales force, sales representatives and customers. ▪ Documentation and Tracing of orders. ▪ Processing of claims. ▪ Administration of customer’s database. Requirements: ▪ At least 2 years practical commercial work experience in one of the following fields: - order processing - export/import handling - documentary business or - logistics ▪ Chinese mother language and fluent English . ▪ Experienced in using computer software, MS-Office. ▪ Good communication skills. Customer oriented. ▪ Absolutely reliable ▪ The company in Hong Kong The employing company in Hong Kong was registered in beginning of 2007. Turnover objective EUR 50 Mio.; 25 employees, including 15 Germans (or other expatriates).
