Sales Director ( Philippines ) The Career Responsible for delivering on the agree sales volume and activities objectives. Working cross-functionally and with Marketing and Trade Marketing to ensure priorities & plans are supported with the best possible tools and processes. Responsible for attaining monthly or annual sales targets, building up distribution channels, establishing strategic business relations, and providing idea for all strategic sales plans and their implementation. Work with the PSO organization in optimizing customer service. The Requirement Qualified Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, MBA or related discipline. Obtained numerous years of relevant work experience in Consumer goods sales. Closely coordinate with the sales managers and the distributors to deliver the objectives. Able to manage effectively a cross-functional team. Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Strong Interpersonal skills with good business sense.
