one of the worlds largest consultancy groups, MGG Salzer Consulting is
experiencing rapid growth across Asia and is now seeking a highly motivated and intelligent
Executive Assistant to be based in their Hong Kong office.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
 Extensive travel arrangements for CEOs
 Diary management
 Assisting with presentations and formatting documents
 Assisting with ad hoc projects as required
 Ensuring the smooth running of the office
 Organising and booking meetings
 Processing expenses
 Managing suppliers
 Answering all incoming calls
 Acting as reception for the office
 Ordering stationary
 Running errands
The successful candidate will:
 Have prior, solid experience in a similar EA / office manager role
 Be well educated with a fluency in English – this is mandatory
 Possess Advanced MS Office skills
 Be highly organized, efficient and pro-active
 Be well presented with a professional phone manner
 Possess a diligent and ‘can-do’ attitude
 Have the ability to work with highly confidential material in a professional way
