Reporting to: Sales & Logistics Manager

THE COMPANY IN HONG KONG
The employing company in Hong Kong was registered in beginning of 2007. Turnover objective EUR 50 Mio.; 25 employees including 15 Germans (or other expatriates).

GERMAN PARENT GROUP PROFILE
The parent group of the employing company is an international market leading group of companies consisting of several divisions in refractories, refractory engineering, foundry auxiliary materials, and industrial minerals. The group employs about 1000 people worldwide and consistently demonstrates its competence and excellence in research, development and quality assurance, using the latest most up-to-date computer technology.
The headquarter of the parent company is located in Germany. Currently, the company achieves sales of approx. EUR 160 Mio yearly. It is the world’s leading company specialized in the field of refractory brick and services for cement industry. In 1994, the company passed the certification of DIN EN ISO9001 in all the refractory works.
In Asia, the company has two manufacturing plants in PR. China.

RESPOMSIBILITIES:
- Customers orders and requests recording, responding, processing and execution
- Completing and/or correcting incomplete or incorrect orders and requests (after consultation with customer).
- Forward the completed orders.
- Issue invoices, order confirmation and documents for shipping, customs, insurance and bank. According regulations of governments and customs.
- Observe the laws and regulations for export.
Cooperation with field sales force.
- Follow up and tracking of incoming orders. Inform customer about delays. Remind other persons in charge about deadlines.
- Cooperation and coordination between sales and production department.
- Instruct the bank with encashment.
- Keep good relations to field sales force, sales representatives and customers.
- Documentation of orders and claims.
- Processing of claims.
- Administration of customer’s database.
- Keeping time-limit, using computer software (SAP and others).

REQUIREMENTS

- College or university degree in export, sales, trading, or accounting
or practical commercial training
- Work experience in the above mentioned field at least 2 years
- Experience in commercial field, trading, export, order handling
- Chinese mother language, excellent knowledge of fluent
- German or English mandatory.
- Experienced in using computer software, MS-Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Absolutely reliable
