Admin assistant

Job description:

-Manages office correspondence
-Handles telephone calls
-Assists in billing and payment collection
-Keeps basic accounting records in accounting software
-Coordinates class and teacher schedules
-Follows up enrolment to classes
-Coordinates with printer and teachers to prepare training material
-Prepares training materials under Manager and/or Associate guidance.
-Coordinates course logistics
-Reports to the Manager
-Cooperates with Associates


Successful candidates must have:
•Long term commitment
•Right to work in Hong Kong
•Able to work independently
•Trustworthy
•Organised
•Fluency in English and Cantonese
•Excellent telephone manner and customer service oriented
•Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel. Accounting software such as Quickbooks would be a plus.
•Word processing in Chinese – requirement
•Mandarin speaker – would be a plus
