The Client

Our Client is a Multinational Information Technology Company and is one of the world’s largest provider of online document management system for construction and engineering projects.

The Job

The incumbent will identify new markets, opportunities and leads; identify and secure important key projects within the territory. Maintain an understanding of the businesses within the assigned territory and the factors that influence spending patterns. Maintain excellent knowledge of the Group's products including their demonstration, pricing and administrative procedures. Work closely with customer service team in region. Encourage open communication to and from customer service team. Demonstrate an understanding of the Group’s competitive position. Represent the company throughout the industry and the wider business community. Participate in training programs, internal product demonstrations, updating technical knowledge and continuing personal development. Manage a team of sales staff, ensuring the team meets revenue targets. Encourage and assist with strategic account planning for Sales Team. Monitor sales territories, ensuring sales team works together to meet agreed targets. Attend key meetings with major clients and potential clients as required by sales team. Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows. Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reports developed by sales team. Report sales achievements, sales trend, activity and projections within region. Update and maintain accurate data on personal and corporate databases.

The Candidate

The Successful Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree holder, minimum 5 years of experience in selling to multiple stakeholders. Proven track record generating own leads, networks and sales. Background in construction / resources industry experience is advantageous. Previous experience with international organizations and clients are desirable. Excellent computer literacy with a variety of software packages. Possess strong analytical and operational skills. Ability to travel with valid work rights for country where position is located.
